Prompt: Body integration. This year, when did you feel the most integrated with your body? Did you have a moment where there wasn't mind and body, but simply a cohesive YOU, alive and present?
During the month of October I ran every single day. Sometimes it was just for 10 minutes, but usually it was at least 2 miles and up to 3.5 miles. My body was in great shape and I felt amazing. It wasn't exactly a moment, but my body was definitely integrated.
